Refund policy
To be eligible for compensation, the item received by the customer must arrive in non-functional order, or must present significant signs of damage that originated from the seller, RALIUS ENTERPRISES. RALIUS ENTERPRISES is not liable for any damages that occur after the item has been dropped off for transport, or any damages that result from customers' use, storage, or modification. RALIUS ENTERPRISES reserves the right to review cases of damage on an individual basis, and will always strive to provide adequate compensation in terms of a refund/partial refund/replacement when it deems appropriate and/or necessary. Photographic documentation of damage upon the delivery of the purchased item is required in order for consideration. We appreciate and value every transaction, and will always provide value.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL CUSTOMERS TAKE A VIDEO OF THEIR PURCHASE AS THEY ARE UNBOXING IT AS TO ENSURE ALL REFUND/REPLACEMENT/RETURN CLAIMS ARE LEGITIMATE.
